Tiana Upcheva is a Serbian actress who has gained an international following through her role as Eva Markovic in SYFY’s The Ark.
Eva is one of Ark One’s most important engineers, and throughout the series we’ve watched her face enormous technical challenges alongside deeply personal relationships, loss and decisions that have tested her throughout the mission.
Tiana brings heart, strength and vulnerability to Eva, making her an important part of The Ark’s ensemble and its ongoing story of humanity fighting for survival.

Created by Dean Devlin and Jonathan Glassner, The Ark takes place in a future where humanity has been forced to look beyond Earth for survival.
Season 3 takes the story into completely new territory following the establishment of Homebase 1. While some of the crew remain behind to build humanity’s new home, Captain Garnet and others head back into space searching for survivors.
